Larry’s primary responsibilities include guiding the overall strategic direction of the organization as well as overseeing each of the Synergy sales teams. He also maintains responsibility for key channel partner & end user relationships throughout our service area.
Larry covered a sales territory for well over twenty years, beginning his career with his family agency, Jacobson-Rodger Associates, and now dedicating the past nineteen years to helping to grow Synergy Electrical Sales where he became the President in 2016. Larry attended Davis & Elkins College and graduated in 1991 with a BS degree in marketing and management. In his spare time, Larry and his wife Kristen are kept busy with their two daughters, Emma, Lily, and their two dogs. Larry enjoys running, skiing, golf, platform tennis and all types of music. He is also in charge of levity at Synergy, and enjoys every moment of it! Larry is very proud to be part of a great team.
