Specification Design Services Manager

Danielle joined Synergy in 2014 with more than 17 years of commercial specification experience with Lutron Electronics including roles as an Application Engineer as well as a Training & Development Engineer.  While at Lutron, Danielle developed and led their inside Spec Services Department providing design assistance to specification and design professionals globally.  She earned a BAE in Architectural Engineering (Lighting/Electrical) from The Pennsylvania State University in 1998 and was a recipient of the Besal Fund Scholarship.  Danielle has earned the Construction Documents Technologist certification from the Constructions Specifications Institute (CSI) as well as a Certificate in Leadership and Business Management from The Wescoe School of Muhlenburg College. At Synergy, Danielle continues to provide high-level specification and design assistance in our Lighting & Control Solutions Division while also using her extensive experience to improve and evolve our sales operations for continued business development.
