Joe joined the Synergy team after spending the last 15 years honing his expertise in the lighting industry working in Lutron Engineering. He was able to apply his degrees in both electronics and business to develop experience in both residential and commercial applications, lighting design, product development and project management.
Joe will be supporting the design build community in the Lehigh Valley, where he lives with his wife Michelle and their two boys. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, woodworking, and coaching his boys' basketball and baseball teams.
