Hagen supports the Contractor, End User and Design community with lighting and control design expertise within existing buildings and new construction applications.
With more than 10 years of experience in the energy and controls industry, Hagen has managed several major markets for Lutron Electronics; including the Midwest, Pennsylvania, New England, and New York City.
Hagen earned his Bachelors of Computer Science from Villanova University, is a graduate of the Wharton Program for Working Professionals and is a Certified Sales Professional (CSP).
